  1. I have used Capra Mineral Whey personally. I have gone through pounds of it and still love it and find it refreshing. I cycle a lot, almost everyday, and this is most generally, the only electrolyte replacement I use. It seems to help me keep my joints lubricated and free from arthritic pain. (I am over 55 years old) I can still “skin the cat”, on the parallel bars.
