Inflammation of Nerves and Tissues – Too Acid.
Need to alkalize. Wheat grass is the most powerful alkalizer I know. Great with Alfalfa another great alkalizer because of its deep root, it has the minerals that are needed.
A great adjunct is Arth-aid by Grandma’s Herbs, especially the original formula, which doesn’t have the white willow bark added for pain.
I found 2 capsules 3 times a day most helpful. It took about 2 weeks for me to really notice a difference. People would tell me that even their pet dogs with Arthritis who could hardly walk across the floor, in one months time, just using 1 or 2 Capsules a day, were running across the floor.
The negatives are usually Soda pop with a 2.3 ph acidity. Included in a lot of Soda is Phosphoric Acid (used to clean calcium off machinery). I almost guarantee if you drink soda, that in time, you will have joint problems, such as Arthritis, Bursitis, Gout, Kidney stones are also common, and/ or a host of other problems too numerous to mention here. Doctors say they would loose 90% of their business if people gave up soda. WOW!!! I even tried talking them down in their percentage, but failed.
Another negative is often meat. Pork being the most acidic, then Beef, then Chicken, then Fish.
Don’t forget the vibration factor. Since every thought we think produces a vibration, Dr. Guerrero taught that 20 seconds of a negative thought can turn the body acid, and 20 seconds of a positive thought can turn the body alkaline. Also Louise Hay wrote, “You Can Heal Your Life” which talks about using the power of our thinking to change our health and our lives.
