  • Stimulating learning
  • Pondering time daily
  • Manage/plan time and organize my day
  • Take a class in a subject interesting to you
  • Learn a new skill or language
  • Take up a stimulating hobby or craft
  • Take time to stop and ponder each day (for 15 minutes or < )
  • join a book club
  • Start a conversation with a new person each day
  • Make a new acquaintance every day
  • Renew one old friendship every week.
  • Read the paper or a news magazine every day
  • Listen to classical music (good for brain)
  • Take an art class
  • Watch more educational channels on TV
  • Attend concerts and artistic events.
